my luv bit me a few days ago.
here's how [she] did it;
i was leaning into the truck, the stupid wind kept blowing my hair in my face.
after 3 unsucessful attempts to" see",
down swings my head and up with a thrust
my head swings up and WHAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
it was a direct hit to my eyebrow bone.
OH MAN IT BURNED
by the time i could reach my face i had a grape size lump
a lump within 2 dang seconds.
oh it was excoriating pain
it just barely broke through the skin.
guess it swelled up to quick to bleed.
the next day my eye was swollen and only when i blinked could a pretty rainbow colored strip be seen
(i guess the pretty colors were to cheer me up)
man oh man

on this topic i have to say......don't turn your back on the upper door corners.......i have a scar on my chest from slaming into it all the time.

at 100 lbs and 34" hips
standing on the door ledge waxing the top
i whack my hips on the frames edges
every friggen time

Whatch the points on the tips of the hood when your working under the hood, it can be quite a wake-up call.
