I'm just sitten here trying to track down some jets to get my truck running right, got my door open cause it just rained and the cool air feels nice, it's about 10:30, wife's in bed, son's asleep. All of a sudden my wife screams for me and I run down the stairs and what do I find?!

A little beagle puppy wandered into my house with no tags or even a collar, most friendly playful little dog I've ever seen.

Now, through no fault of my own, I have to waste my printer toner to post "LOST DOG FOUND" posters all over my neighborhood. Jeez!

At least it was a dog and not a damn posum, or something nasty. But then again if it was, you would only have to spend about 25cents on a bullet

You see! It couln't be that easy for me! :x I have to live in the middle of Suburbia! Hopefully I don't get stuck with this thing, my wife is already warming up to it and it's only been an hour, not even that.

Good news, after elementary school got out, where we put some posters up, some kids stopped by, decided it was theirs. I wouldn't let 'em take it without proof though, I don't want to encourage some sicko kid to be torturing the poor thing so they went home and brought back parents and adoption papers and pictures, so it all worked out okay. Except for the two nights it sat in my back yard yowling cause I wouldn't let it in.
