I bought my truck from a guy in Fl. the damn heater wasn't even hooked up. Won't be long I won't be able to drive it at all. But it won't last but a couple of months. Then the track should be opening back up. :D :D

I haven't figured out a way to get some heat. No room between the heater core and valve cover. So I'm just sucking. Thinking about trying to find 1 to plug into my cig lighter.

Everything works, except the heat  . My truck is in really good shape, I was very surprised when I saw it. I have had it only about 4 or 5 months. Played with my Z28 for a long time then sold it to get my luv.

Mine's in pretty good shape too. Not sure if the lighter works don't smoke so I never tried it.  I was driving my 92 RS when It was cold here. But now that I have the heater working I'm parking the RS and pulling the motor to go in the luv. 8O 8O After a little overhaul and modification. 8) 8) 8)

You are making about the same change as I did, from a camaro to a V8 luv. It's an amazing difference. Luv doesn't handle anywhere near as well though. Kinda forgot that when I first got it.

Yeah I know the Luv isn't going to handle as well. But it's more fun in my opinion. Besides I'm keeping the Camaro. Putting a LS1 in it (I hope).

The Luv is much more fun. The camaro just weighed to much.

Yeah I know. I've had other light cars with V8's. I had a 72 Maverick with a built 351.   Till some a$$ decided to rear end me and total it. :x :x :x

Speaking of mavericks, I gotta try to find a rear end outta one for my truck. Maybe then I can put tires on it big enough to stop my spin problem. Gonna start looking after the first of the year. Sorry to hear bout yours, I bet it was tough. For a ford
