Never heard of it before. Quickly looked it up and frankly, I don't see a need for it. If I am correct, it just groups all of the things you like to do or see on one page, right?

Sorry, just ranting off topic.

It's basically Microsoft's game police. It's just a fancy interface that makes you "log in" to play games that YOU PAID FOR to prove that you are a legit owner. Then they use it to collect information about you and spam you about "special offers".

Oh, and it is also randomnly screws up your saved games.
