Looks like mid 50's Ford truck bed fenders and Early to mid 70's full size Chevy grill. Lots of nice work on it, no matter what it is.

I can appreciate all the work that went into that and the end result is nice, But.......too me...it looks like someone tried to convert a car into a pickup (looks like an 80's caprice front end).
