How's this look Cat?
That is made from 7 seperate images that I created from 2 of the images you gave me that I re-sized, chopped apart, re-aligned so the centers matched, faded from high color to subdued color and then to black-n-white, and morphed and animated to a moving .gif file.
I didn't put any type of colored background in it because you can't do too much more to a moving or an animated avatar image or you will exceed the allowable limits for a website, and the file ends up too big and loads way too slow.
The golden rule for animated avatars is - the more images you use and the more animation you want - the less colors you can use.
Plus most image upload sites limit you to 1.5 mb's, so that also kinda controls the amount you can do with an avatar. If you know of an image upload site that allows anyone to upload images larger than 1.5 mb's - then let me know and I can do a little more with it.
