So I go out for a cigarett and as usuall admire the sexyness of my truck. But wait a minute somthings wrong, a pink sticker stuck to drivers side window. Dammit . It says because it appears to be a disabled vehicle, and must be moved from the street or towed by tomarrow. My truck runs, it just breaks down every time I drive it, so I dont till I can rebuild it. I cant rebuild it till I move. I also lost the key. well my roomates a driveway nazi, I cant even park my running car on it and its stuck on the steet. But my neighbors let me park the luv on the side of thier house. So my truck is safe for now. The lady accross the street is who complained, War is on thats all I have to say. Already tossed bunch of garbage in her yard. I dont get mad I get even.

I problably should keep um under the hat but, chances of a police man actually tracking me down, and using this against me is slim to none. Also I didn't admit to doing anything but tossing some garbage in her yard, nothing that needs to be repaired, or is permently damaged

true...but messing with someone's property?? you seriously need to rethink things kiddo...not the brightest move on your part. Get some brains and think things through a little before you do something stupid

Not to mention the fact that you may wanna make certain who you plan to take retribution against. Whether you feel justified or not, could open a can of worms your not equiped to close.

I have lived in a relativley quiet n-hood for 12yrs now, with the occaisional dirtbag and fellow punk buddies move in. Have been on the recieving end of misdirected "revenge" egging, trash thrown in my yard, stolen mail. I tend to mind my business and let bygones be bygones unless the behavior threatens the safety of my family or other kids up and down the street, and am certainly not a rat.... but, if I caught someone in the procees of their "dirty deed" where my property or vehichles was concerned, I'd stomp a mudd-hole in their ass.

Best advice I can give is

A) Don't assume it was "the neighbor" who had you tagged.
B) Even if it was, how bout, next time you see them outside, pollitly ask "can I ask you somethin?...." let them know ther was a mistake etc, then everyone go about their business.

Maybe I was just brought up different but from where I come, you never ever have the right or to jack with or destroy someone elses property... unless your willing to take your ass whoopin like a man.

Shoot, one time my jet boat, my luv, my dads pontoon boat and his truck got tagged and it turned out to be a disgruntled city employee who complained, saying we had too much stuff on what was actually our property, not the city's. I ended up having her car towed from city hall and held for 2 weeks.

I had talked to her politely first, I know it was her. She calls the cops all the time for nothing wrong. I dont ever stop what I'm doing because I am never breaking any laws out side my house since my little run in with the 5-0 I've never been nothing but nice too her, and she hates every body who isn't a home owner, and expresses it openly. My girlfriend had words with her last week nows shes targeting my luv witch is my proporty. She cant even see my truck from her house. Soon as my truck got taged I asked every one who can see my truck if they complained, and they all pointed the finger at you know who, Crazy B*t*h accross the street. So I asked her and she changed the subject, so I changed it back. asked her again if she called and complained about my truck. she then grew snakes out her head and started bitching it doesn't run, and its going to drop her property value, Now since I had to move it, its in plain view of her house, and since its not on the street I can work on it, I fixed my electrical issue with the no constant power to ignition, I pulled my fusable link and pluged it back in. powers back. I get $$$ on friday I'm going to get title transfered and run it through deq if I can get my cluth to disingage.

I stoped my attacks on her yard, now I just work on my truck and make alot of noise, I luv the dirty look she gives me. I get more satisfaction not being passive aggressive about it, and she cant do any thing. She hates loud cars, and I hate pussy sounding cars, My ricer even sounds healthy and not like a fart sounding honda.

By the way again, I didn't write this to be lectured, more to let u all know I saved my luv. Witch most of you don't even care it seems.
And I'm sure unless u r a prick about a car thats not parked infront of your house I'd never have a problem with u as far as a neighbor goes, Plus my truck dosn't look like a pile of junk its in good shape and is all primer grey, no bondo spots, no visable rust. no dents except tail gate, any one know were I could find a new tailgate skin with the chevrolet letters?[/list]

I'm glad you got your LUV running, and I believe you are the right one even though I've only heard your side. It's exactly the same thing with my neighbor, and we're packed in here like sardines. Doofus thinks I'm bringing down the property values, and hasn't spoken to any of us since November. He objects to my tarp over the LUV, and says it's all ugly. Now I don't give a rat's behind what he wants, and I just do whatever I want to, which includes making the loudest noises I can whenever I need to. He is condescending to me because I rent, and not only rent but get Section 8. Then he says he works, while I don't, so that's stuck in his craw too.

I have a tailgate, just haven't put a value on it yet. It's black with a white"CHEVROLET".

Definately a good thing ya saved the luv. Since she doesnt like loud vehicles, I'd say v8, headders, and elec. cutouts before the mufflers  By the way, ya can park your truck infront of my place anytime your in the area, even if ya rip the bed and fenders off

ahh... one thing I learned as a teenager...
you can give people (houses) stuff... so long as you dont damage the property...
You dont want your sour milk? Give it to her... just dont dump it on her car
Rotten eggs?..... everyone likes easter... even in the middle of summer... just dont smash the eggs into things...
dog's crapp'n in your yard?...... yup, she might appreciate that too...

Usually the older, retired people dont have much to do... and the only thing they really have left is their house... and if they want to keep up the property value they will complain about alot of little things....

I live in a retired neighborhood now ... and I love it...
I get told all the time about how crappy my yard looks... weeds, leaves, over grown grass, too much noise from working in the garage... and the list goes on and on...
And any time they ask for some help doing something its my first priority.
What do I gain you ask?? With the one that complains the most... If I talk to her, she gets me a beer. If I finish it before she is done gripeing she gets me another one, and one more for the go.
The other neighbor pulls my garbage can to the curb and brings it back before I get home.

But my first house was in a neighborhood where I was the one complaining. Loud music... the rap kind that is pure cop killing, hoe's, blow's and cussing. Blocking the streets, throwing diapers in the yard, kids breaking into my house while Im at home... and the list goes on and on...and on

If you ask me.... take her some cookies... tell her thanks for the consern...
She will probably throw them out, but if it doesnt piss her off more that your being nice, maybe she will lay off of you.
