For awhile I though my Luv has a problem with the voltage regulator. Because it would intermitdly click a few times and not start. So I replaced my Negative bat. cable (the postive one was down the year before), and cleaned the posts. Then my Luv started up fast (not as fast as with a hot ignition though.)
Most people would say: "Well duh!, anyone knows that".
I think it can be easily overlooked though and the electrical problems seem to show up more in cold weather.
