I couldn't stand selling or giving up my truck, much more anyone damaging it, I was rear-ended by ford escort back in dec. and that really got me mad, got $300 outta it though! But it all went to a new bumper, and wut-nots that I needed for my truck.

i grew up with my truck. it was my dads till 2 weeks ago
now its mine

its not so much a kewl truck, not hot looking at all
just a nice new from the dealer cutsie and sweet looking truck. still has unmarred everything inside.
bench seat is in perfect blue cloth condition. he always had a seat cover on it.

(i know now why my dad took such excellent care of it for 25 1/2 years)

i wouldnt ever part whith my truck either. I also have a wierd love for it, i dont mind putting dents in it on the trail but if anyone dents it in a parking lot or hits me... God help them...
And i grew up whith my LUV as well. My dad bought it from the dealer brand new. I got it after i helped rebuild the egine for the 3rd time, it has 300,000miles on it and has never missed a beat. Its on the original axles and tranny too.

It sounds nice.

My father and grandfathers never kept any vehicles very long. There are several I wish we still had. And some my dad wishes he still had too.

Let's see some pics of your truck.

And out of curiosity, Where are you? You know just general, like what state?

I've had mine for 27 years and 240,000 miles. I've done everything with it. My tag line "You went there in that?" was actually said to me while 4 wheeling once. I've pulled full size chevy's out of the mud. I've even towed a 5 yard dump truck.

I once hauled $750,000 worth of electronic test equipment in the bed. To date, it's the highest ratio of cargo-to-vehicle value that I know.

In an area where BMWs are as common as flies on a manure wagon, I like having something a little different. People recognize my truck. I always hear "I saw you in your truck the other day". Funny how I never notice them in their Camrys and Accords.

My truck fits me. We may not have class, but we sure have character.

i'm in southern california
(fontana) i don't have and cant afford any way to post pix unless i find someone with a cam
i am so broke.
i am on social security disability so unfortunately after rent, car ins, phone, and adelphia,i'm not left with even enough for a disposable camera
i will check wall greens to see if they have something cheap, then maybe i will just get it developed on to cd. depending if i can scrape that up.
at least i get good gas milage for even hauling a brahama shell.:smt024
