Thought I'd share with you guys my latest project that I just finished just in time before getting my liscence so I can drive it to school. It's a 72' C-10 SWB Fleetside. Drivetrain includes mild build fresh 350/TH350 with Edelbrock Performer Carb and Intake, Stage 2 RV Cam, Heddman Headers, "Hecho en Mexico" Casting 1.94 heads, Dual Aluminized Flowmaster 2.5" Exhaust, B&M stage 2 shift kit and Holeshot Torque Converter. Rebuilding this truck taught me alot and she sure is a blast to cruise and occasionally smoke the rubbers. Can't wait to find a luv to drop a sbc in and tub/cage for the track!

Well I bought the truck back in December of 2001 and started to really get into it about Feburary and got it road worthy in August, but she'll never be "done". Soon it's going to have a billet grille from trenz and a few other things as well!

I have seen a few guys with trucks like yours but they have the newer beds on them. Have you seen this swap? I think from a '69 to a 72 or 73 not really sure but you can get the bed off of a newer truc. I think if I'm not mistaken a '92 stepside bed bolts right up and the body lines also match perfect. I have seen a couple of them but one really close up it was a 69 with a 92 stepside bed on it. It looked pretty cool. Well just thought I would throw that out there. :)
