This Sunday I went with my dad to the Swap meet. We filled our truck up with all my dads old Ford stuff and got there at 530AM. Before we could finish parking, we had guys with flashlights looking in the back off the truck. Just after that, while we started to unload stuff, other buyers came up before the general public, and bought things.
Our most popular item was a '37 Ford rearend with "juice breaks". It only went for 60 bucks but a lot of people keep asking about it.
To get a space (which was 2 car lenghs was 20 bucks) We easly had that paid for. Didnt see any Luv stuff though.
I must say its kinda cool to bargin with people on items, and usually flexablitly means a sale. :D

I dont go down to souther califonriia very much. Though A high perf swap meet sounds cool. Most of the meets up here are a mixture of 30/40's
and muscle cars. I think everytime I go visit, I see a ton of intake manfiolds for v-8s.
