 Post subject: What size rims?

Does anybody know how I can tell what size rims I will need to fit that ford 8in rear end? Thanks

I used an 8" from a Maverick and currently have 14" rims on it. I plan to change over to 15" or 16 rim". Since my 8" is about 56" flange to flange I will have to get wheels with a little positive offset to bring the wheels into the wheel wells.

Shoot, you could prolly go with a 20" rim and a half inch tire if ya really wanted to.

I would say keeping it ~ 16 would be OK, 14, 15, 16 would be cool.

What exactly are you asking? The lug pattern measurement, backspacing, or ???.

Well I wasnt exactly sure how to tell what size rimsI would need, like if I was to just go down to the wheel store and tell the guy hey give me a set of ??? size rims. Since my first post I have figured it out. Thanks for all the help :D
