I have a set of 305 heads casting 434. I'm trying to find out what the flow numbers are for these heads in stock form. I can't seem to locate any consistent info for these heads other than what valves originally came in these. I haven't got around to actually measuring the runners or combustion chambers yet. The heads are fresh and have been majorly worked over. I paid $25 for the set just for the Harlan sharp roller rockers that came with them.

if my memory is right the heads are 1.72 or 1.84 intake valves and 1.50 exhaust. The 434 is a large-chamber, small valve head. hope that helps.

All the info I have found says 1.72 valves. They now have 1.94/1.50 valves. The majority of the info is all over the place for listed combustion chambers. I have heard people actually confirm them as 60cc. When I get some time I will measure them myself also because they have been milled. It amazes me that someone would dump the money into a set of 305 heads to upgrade to bigger valves and seats, screw in studs and a bunch of time doing port work.

305 heads are 58cc chambers cause of the small bore in a 305 motor.
