As part of the restoration on my 1980 LUV 4x4, I decided to restore the tailgate 4x4 decal. All the years in the sun and everything else has done a number to the vinyl by shrinking, cracking and fading of the colors. I've pretty much got the rest restored, but am not certain about the colors as I want to make it faithful. What I would like to know is if anyone out there might have an advertisement or something else that shows the actual colors. I think what I have is quite close based on my memory of years ago, but would appreciate any help on the matter.

Thanks for the ideas on the magazines. I started looking and found a repair manual also.
