While the official Mortec site is gone I discovered a great archive site that has the info stored. The site is called wayback machine or http://www.web.archive.org and they have old websites backed up going back to the start of the internet. Anything you need can be found there. Mortec is too good to lose!

Here is a link to Mortec: http://web.archive.org/web/20090302124505/http://www.mortec.com/

Thanks LUVTRKR...
The site finally worked for me today and i copied all the lists to MS Word. I think i'll send them to myself so they will always be available.
Thanks again.

FYI, you don't have to use the outdated archived Mortec pages to look up engine numbers. The Mortec casting numbers lists have been back online for a while and are current, and there is also a car mechanics forum that opened two years ago. If you have any suggestions for the site, please let me know. Thank you.

This is excellent news.
I had saved every page in html format for reference.
I would take a copy of the casting numbers with me whenever I went to the wrecking yards.
