Took the wife's Kia Sorento to the dealer for an oil change (because they gave me a coupon for a free one, I would never go to the dealer by choice!!). Found out that they don't have bulk oil distribution back there, they have to get it from the parts counter in quarts. For conventional oil right now they use Super 76, and if you want synthetic they use Mobil 1. I guess it was just interesting to me to see what a dealer that is responsible for using fluids that affect your warranty chose, and refreshing to see that they don't have their own brand of oil you have to buy for warranty. GM is particularly guilty on that one (I heard T-IV auto trans fluid is really just Dexron III with a couple additives, but is like 5-10x more expensive).
