I have a problem with my Moms Chevy 4x4 (90) The A/C is not draining water from the evaporator out of the truck. I cant find the drain to clean it out and it's leaving a puddle of water in the evaporator box and you can hear it slosh around while driving. And it's leaking into the cab. Can anyone tell me specificly where the drain is?

Should be on the passenger side , under the hood , on the firewall. some of them are really short though. If you locate it , just pinch it and it should start to flow again.

Thats just it, i cant find any kind of drain hose anywhere near the evaporator lines or the heater hose area. On other cars and trucks i've been able to see it easily but for some reason, this truck must have it very well hidden.

Im retarded... I found the drain. It's a short, metal tube that sticks out from the firewall and it's right with the heater hose fittings. It was hard to spot because the hose clamp was in front of it. That little tube is sooo close to the heater core fitting. I had to loosen up the clamp so i could twist it out of the way so i could send a screw driver thru it.
