So I have began to undertake my 79' Mikado 4x4 Project which has been sitting for close to a decade. When I bought the truck the previous owner threw on lugnut locks and never gave me the key to take them off. Well I need to inspect the brakes, sand and spray the Centerlines and throw some new A/Ts on it and have no way of getting the 2 locks off. Any idea what kind of style this wheel lock is in the picture and where I can get a replacement key for it ?

Carefully select a suitable size of 12 point socket and a big hammer. Put the socket on the lug nut and give it a good rap. Remove nut and pitch. That is exactly what somebody wanting to steal your wheels would do.

Labman gave a good idea, I would not have thought of that. I would have just used a die grinder and tried to grind/cut it off.

I would have never thought of that and I used to work for a local Tire & Brake shop. Thanks for the Help guys, I really appreciate it.

Really? That method has been a favorite among thieves and people who lose things since the 70's.
