Hey I was wondering if any one would know if my 383 stoker motor would run beter with e 85 it being 105 octane

but if your asking this question, i dont reckon your ready for the tuning involved with using E85 for max power.

If it is street driven, then it is all or nothing, you just can not fill up on one and then the other... Moving to E85 will require staying with E85 after that. You can not flip flop back and forth with out making more changes than most of use would do. Carb, timing to say the least. Not a problem if you have E85 around you. I know a few drag racers that have changed their race cars to run on E85... Cheaper than race gas, but it takes time to get it tuned right.

Tuning is a must. I will also need to deliver more fuel i.e. bigger injectors, fuel pump.....

well I ran about 8 ga in just to see and it ran smoth is stalled a lil if i just taped the gas but talk about the difrance in top end

Throttle body injection will only require 2 different injectors. I am not sure about your fuel lines or how the computer will make up for the e85 fuel... Maybe the larger injectors will do it.
