cruse control and a tilt wheel are probably not factory and the shifter would a been on the column right?

tilt and cruise are add on shifter in the floor except for 3 speed.. Would be a nice ride to have..

My '72 GMC 1 ton had factory tilt wheel, but no cruise control.

All the options listed could/may be factory . There is a factory decal called a spid in the glove box that list all the options and vin # of the truck . Remember this truck was built when you could order a truck with anything you wanted . Not just an option package that is preset like today . The original purchaser could have gone down the option/build sheet at a small town dealer and checked off what he wanted and put a deposit down on the truck and waited for it to be built . Those where the good ole' days .

i heard only the 72 model chevys came with tilt wheels not 67-71
