If you are running duel springs break the cam in with just the outer springs,Set the valves cold at about 2 thou. more then what you are going to run hot,this will give you a safe start up clearance
Use plenty of the cam lube on both the cam and the bottom of the lifters,make sure the motor is ready to run then when you start it run the motor at 2500-3000 rpms for at least 20 to 30 min.,it would also be helpful if you add a zinc additive to the oil on break in.
Now when this is done install the inner spring (if you have them) and my suggestion is to change the oil and filter add fresh zinc additive warm up the motor,adjust the valves then go have fun.
