Hey I just joined the forum. I have a 1981 luv and am having a little trouble bleeding the brakes. I had to replace the rear end so that is why i am bleeding brakes. Pedal goes to floor on the first try, it will pump up but if you let it set for few minuetes it will go to floor again when pedal is pushed. Any help with this problem would be nice.

Could be a bad wheel cylinder in the new rear end..... Could be a bad master cylinder.

It sounds like a bad master cylinder.

Bad master cylinder. The brake fluid is leaking past the seals back into the fluid reservoir. :(

it has a new master cylinder, will make sure they are adjusted correctly today, also new wheel cylinders on both sides. New master did not come with new rubber seals on bottom of plastic resivor.
