Considering buying a LUV but after speaking to the owner i found out it has no A/C. Not sure if i want to purchase anymore. Anyone have any info on installing an A/C system. About how much in parts would this cost? Aftermarket systems?

You can do a google search for A/C parts and see how much parts would cost you. Then a good manual would probably help you see how much work is involved, also whether or not the A/C trucks had extra vents for the A/C or if it used the same ones as the heater. It probably wouln't be too much work, and I think you could probably get all the parts you would need for a couple hundred dollars. There are also aftermarket units that are universal. I'm not sure on prices, again search for them. Check JC Whitney, they usually have a lot of the universal parts like that. But in my opinion, if the truck is in good shape, I'd get it anyways. A friend of mine had an A/C truck and it seemed like we always rolled the window down or opened the vents because the drain on power wasn't worth the semi-cold air that the A/C blew anyways.
