Is this process necessary or do-able on a stock LUV?

I am tweaking the phasing of my Pertronix setup, at least now I have the vac advance hooked back up again.....man whata chore.

Now if I can figure out this freakin Snapon advance timing light.

Does anyone now what the advance is @ 3500 pm?

If you have been doing distributor mods, you might need to phase the rotor so the dizzy is firing at the correct time. 79lvr was having an issue with a pertronix install on his stock distributor. The above info helped him correct it.
