Anyone looking to add a magnet to the oil pan drain nut or filter...?

Well if you have an old hard drive you can do without, rip the sucker open, Samsung drives in particular have some of the strongest magnets you'll find, for their small size.

Just be careful playing with a set of them, I've lost skin a few times as they slammed together. 8O

They are pretty darn strong. I've got one stuck to the side my tool box and I love to see the look on people's faces when I ask them to pull it off and hand it to me...lol

I never thought about sticking it in the bottom of an oil pan though.

That's not a bad dead, if you think about it.
