Hey guys,

I have a 96 Ford Contour (dailey driver), when I got the car, my carpet had already seemd to have shrunk just a little enough where it came out of the molding by the doors and past that going towards the firewall. Plus its pretty worn too.

I am wondering where to go to get replacment. Should I just buy a big sheet of it to cut out, and then use the old one for a template (and make a few adjuments beacuse of the shrinking)? Or should I go to a company that makes it preformed?

I would order a preformed kit. I have heard good things and bad things about JC Whitney so I dont know if I would go through them but there are a lot of companies out there that should have what you are looking for.

I'm sure that someone on LuvTruck has ordered a kit of JCwhitney.
If you have, I'd like to hear about it. Or if anyone knows of a different source, please post it.
Thanks! 8)

Got mine from ACC(Auto Custom Carpet) from summit, it sucked. It was preformed and insulated, it was short right out of the box side to side and to long behind the seat. Also I would think thst a factory replacement would have the holes for the hangers on the fire wall for the LUV but they were not there had to cut them.

Here is the manufactures web site. They are supposed to make 3/4 of the carpet the vendors sell

Grandmaster of the "Shade Tree" way.. I can't see the yard for all the cars. Come on down and we will sit on the porch and watch the grass grow.
